When you open the magazine/book, you'll find that it has a lot of photographs in each article. All are in full color and very nicely done. They are also a bit on the small side for these old eyes, with those pages having no article text comprising six images with captions. Those having article text will have fewer images, but rarely fewer than three. Only the opening image for each article covers the full page right to left.

OK, so we know about the images. The articles are quite well done and provide a good insight to the vehicle or units/operations in question. Those on vehicles will provide more detail in terms of what units operate the vehicles and those on units/operations, have detailed information on the various types of equipment that are used. In all, it is a very complete set of articles.

Because of this level of detail, there are three articles in this particular issue, one that has NO advertisements whatsoever to clutter up the book/magazine.

The articles in this particular edition are:

German Fallschirmjaeger's new 'Predator' vehicle
Mission Rehearsal 'Noble Shepard'. The US Army in Germany
US Army Helicopters at War.

This last one grabbed my interest more than the others as it was aviation related and very well done, covering the major types in use as well as listing combat losses.

In addition to these three fine articles, there is a centerfold profile of the BMP-3 in 1/35 scale. Three subjects are covered.

Overall, I'd have to say that this is a very well done publication and something that those interested in modern military equipment will find to be an outstanding reference and a boon to the modern military modeler as well.
