This is the third edition of the story of the last B-36. The improvement over the initial edition is considerable with over 150 new images as well as various video clips and other new sections that were not part of the first CD.

There is more information in the initial portions of the CD as well as all the new things that have happened since the. When I finished the first edition, the fate of this aircraft was up in the air with hope that the aircraft would be able to stay in Fort Worth. However, the USAF stepped in and changed things drastically in a very short period of time. In fact, it very much seems to me that they worked behind the backs of those striving to keep the plane in Texas, for things happened very quickly once the ball got rolling.

All of the hopes, intrigue, and work that went into this aircraft are here in this superbly done CD. Be prepared to allot several hours as this is not something you can just browse through and get the full story.

The CD is divided into seven major chapters, each covering a different aspect in the history of this aircraft. Each page is, as they say, profusely illustrated with photographs and other visual media, making for an excellent read and something you really need to have. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.
