I've received some interesting things in the mails over the years, but I do believe that nothing compares to this latest CD from the folks at Dataview Publishing.

Unlike their other CDs, this one is basically all images. As you can see from the cover, there are sections on Bulldozers, Tracked Loaders, Wheeled Loaders, Graders & Scrapers, Cranes & Lifts, Dedicated heavy trucks, and Paving Equipment. Most of the vehicles are civilian, though there are some military vehicles including an armored Bulldozer that I thought was pretty cool.

There are over 300 images, most of them in color. Some of the vehicles have multiple images while a few have but one. Each major section includes a number of different vehicles, most of them in yellow, which seems to be a somewhat standard paint color for construction equipment.

The photos in the CD are of a goodly size and are sharp and clear, so no worries about fuzzy images in this one. A nice thing is that it is self starting and opens up in a browser window. Finding your way through the CD is a piece of cake.
