This latest CD from Aero Research returns to doing Unlimited Racers. That means, of course, Reno Nevada as that is the only place I know of where they still race these planes. This particular disc has more images than any other one I can recall in the past. This means 212 clear, crisp photos in 319 MB of disc space. I have been to Reno several times in the 1970s and one thing that stuck in my mind was that the weather was usually wet and overcast. This shows in a considerable number of the images, so apparently a sunny, cloud-free day is not the norm!

All of the photos are ones taken in the pits so there are often people around and barriers around the aircraft, though these are not all that obtrusive. The disc is organized by year so you get photos from 1986 then 1987 and so on. You have your usual mass of Mustangs, Sea Furies and Corsairs with Bearcats, Yaks and even B-25s and a P-40 in the mix of things.

For those of you who are fans of these sometimes wildly modified warbirds, this is a disc you very much need to have in your reference library.
