Top Notch TNM48-M30: Mosquito IV & VI  Camouflage Masks

An accessory that has been growing in popularity over the years are vinyl mask sets. Mostly they were used for canopy masks and have become very popular. Another use for these have been for camouflage masks.

This set from Top Notch is for the Mosquito B.IV or FB.VI. Note that there were aircraft where the two upper colors were reversed so check your references to be sure you are using the correct one. This set is a bit more extensive than some earlier ones due to the size of the aircraft so there are three sheets in with this set. Application is the same with masks provided for the underside, and this includes the engine nacelles.

The modeler has several very nice kits from Airfix and Tamiya to use for this set. Note also that this set is available in all of the major scales so no matter what your preference is regarding size, TN will have a set for you. This particular set is 1/48.
