Noy's Miniatures Cold War Heavy Bomber display
This item, "Cold War UK Heavy
Bomber", is a large print, the approx. dimensions of which are: Length: 593 mm
(23.35 inch); Width: 400 mm (15.75 inch). Designed to take 1/72 scale models of
British V-Bombers of the Cold War, as well as other bomber types serving in the
UK during that era, this large, state-of-the-art print authentically represents
an Avro Vulcan dispersal of the late 60s. As with other Noy's Miniatures
offerings, all 3D effects are printed. Item is plotter-printed on heavy paper
(not cardstock) and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy carton tube, just like a
poster.
Typical of Noy's bases, the subject is printed on thick, photo quality paper and looks very much like the real thing.
Unfortunately, I did not have a suitable V bomber in 1/72 scale (though I have several in 1/144), so to show you the size of the sheet, I have put my Contrail 1/72 Lincoln up on it. The Lincoln has a larger wingspan than any V bomber, but it gives you a good idea of how your bomber will look on it.
