Both of these exhaust include both shrouds and mounting tabs in resin. The difference between the two is the the left set is for an early version and the right one for a mid-production version. These exhaust will fit on those tanks based on the PzKw IV chassis. Specifically the Brummbar, Stug IV, and Jagdpanzer IV. The early versions are for the Ausf D version and the mid version for the Ausf H. My early  version arrived slightly dented as the exhaust pretty well fills the plastic protective case and must have been slightly squished in transit. There are instructions on how to fix these dings  on the back of the packet.

As always, a super set of  exhausts that will definitely look much better than the plastic ones that came with the kit.
