For the
1939 Cleveland Air Races, the Army Air Corps sent some of its aircraft from
the 27th PS, 1st PG from Selfridge Field that were painted in experimental
camouflage schemes. Now there are probably people out there who can
duplicate this rather complex scheme, but for the rest of us that want to
use the markings provided on CE sheet
32062, this set of masks is just the ticket. There are three full
sheets of masking material as you can see from the image to the left.
Simply follow the directions given and you'll have duplicated a pretty
incredible scheme.
