NOTES:

Published in the usual format of A4 landscape and with 40 pages crammed full of colour photographs and in English. It covers not only the motorcycle and sidecar but also the trailer.

Split into the following sections General walk around, Instruments details, Seats, Engine Details, Front wheel, Rear axle, Sidecar details, Trailer details, and lastly a set of photographs of a re enactment in Prague in this year, with the motorcycles fully manned.

Certain sections of this book especially the parts on the method of towing the trailer. Finally clear up a lot of misconceived ideas of exactly how it was done.

This is an outstanding book the clarity of the details contained in the photographs are a model makers dream. If you are building the Italeri kit in 1/35 or the Esci kit in 1/9 then this book has to be along side as you build.

I can see super detailed kits appearing on the competition tables and the standard will be very high all due to quality of this book.

The last part of the book the re enactment section shows just how men fit themselves onto a motorcycle and it will help the sculptors to correct the figures in the kits, No longer will figures appear to be perched on top.

This is what Wings and Wheels do best. Giving the model maker all the details in a logical and concise way and in one volume.

This will be considered by museums as the standard reference book for the Zundapp 750 motorcycle. I agree whole heartily.

I recommend it very highly to all those who build German vehicles and figures.

Add it to your reference section, as it will give many hours of pleasure.
