NOTES:

Written in Russian

Published in Russian with a few captions in English, it is printed in A4 portrait format and on very good quality paper and has 50 pages per edition.

The contents for this copy are as follows:

To sum up: this magazine has limited appeal unless you are highly interested in Russia equipment. The quality of the photographs is very good and that applies to the scale / cross sectional drawings.

The information contained in the captions is only a taster to what the text would be able to convey if it were printed in English. Again this is a magazine, which would have a greater appeal to a wider readership if only the publishers would understand these very simple facts. That it is all right to publish in ones own language for internal consumption.

Now with the advent of on line ordering and book dealers have access to world markets. Then the publishers of magazines / books like this; must grasp the metal and print in English; it is the language of researchers, historians and model makers worldwide.

I recommend it to those who have sufficient interest in one or more of the articles.

Final note:

I feel the publishers would increase their sale four times over if they published in English.

I obtained mine from NKR models Australia.
