Specific information:
Entries will be accepted on or about 15 August 2014 (Dates are subject to change).
Do not vote until you see an announcement in What's New which will be around 15 October
This contest is open to all Matchbox kits, including those in Revell boxes (Revell bought the company). However, this one will be a bit different. The entry has to be built out of the box.
The only embellishments are the use of aftermarket decals, seat belts (if applicable), and any rigging or radio wires. You can also thin kit parts.
No photo etch (aside from seat belts), no scratch-building, no resin replacement pieces, no replacing bits with plastic card, no vacuform canopies, no filling in the trench panel lines, no rescribing those with raised panel lines (except to replace those small sections along normal seam lines that you have sanded away). You have to use what comes in the kit. I know this will be difficult for those of you with AMS, but there it is. If you have questions on this one, ask on the -Forum-

As with all other contests, if there are doubts and no one can answer your questions, I'll include it, but if I get any e-mails that show it is ineligible, I'll pull it. I will not pull a model after judging has started.
There will be no Display Section.
